ASPR TRACIE is pleased to serve as a platform for developing and sharing resources that support the National Hospital Preparedness Program (NHPP) and its efforts to foster coalition development and operational readiness through the 2017-2022 Health Care Preparedness and Response Capabilities. In addition, the 2019-2023 HPP Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) requires healthcare coalitions (HCCs) to develop coalition-level emergency surge annexes complementary to their base medical surge/trauma mass casualty response plan. ASPR TRACIE developed the following resources to help our HCC stakeholders plan for certain patient surge incidents and meet their grant requirements.
