May 2020 Regular Steering Committee Meeting

The regular May 2020 Steering Committee meeting included old business pushed back from March, including ratification of all HMCC plans and a debrief of the violent critical incident Tabletop exercise conducted in early 2020.  The Steering Committee also changed their regular meeting schedule for the coming program year.
