Monthly meeting of the Hampshire Public Health Preparedness Coalition (HPHPC)

HPHPC is the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s (MDPH) designated Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) coalition for sub-region 1C of MDPH Preparedness Region 1. HPHPC is comprised of representatives from: Amherst, Belchertown, Chester, Chesterfield, Cummington, Easthampton, Goshen, Granby, Hadley, Hatfield, Huntington, Middlefield, Northampton, Pelham, Plainfield, South Hadley, Southampton, Ware, Westhampton, Williamsburg, and Worthington. These representatives work collaboratively to build capacity to respond to public health emergencies and continually improve preparedness.

HPHPC is a regional public body and meetings follow MA Open Meeting Law. These meetings occur through remote participation and are generally scheduled for the second Tuesday of every month.

Agendas and remote access instructions are posted here at least 48 hours prior to the start of each meeting.
