 alth Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) coalition. It's members include the Cit
 ies/Towns of Agawam\, Blandford\, Chicopee\, East Longmeadow\, Granville\,
  Hampden\, Holyoke\, Longmeadow\, Ludlow\, Monson\, Montgomery\, Palmer\, 
 Russell\, Southwick\, Springfield\, Tolland\, Westfield\, West Springfield
  and Wilbraham. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has designat
 ed this region as Emergency Preparedness Region 1D.\n\nHCHC is a regional 
 public body and it's meetings follow MA Open Meeting Law. These meeting oc
 cur through remote participation on the first Thursday of every month with
  agendas posted as attachments to these meeting postings.\n\nMeeting agend
 as are posted at least two business days prior to the start of the meeting
